Cancellations & Refunds

Please notify New Horizons with written notification five or more business days in advance of your scheduled class, should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.  The client agrees to pay the amount of the invoice if a student does not attend or properly cancel a class in which that student holds a reservation.

**All discounts are void if portions of the above training are cancelled. Refunds will be issued less the retail value of any delivered training.                          

**Payment is due 10 days before the start of the course.  Finance charges of 12% will be applied to past due amounts.**                                                       

**Coupons, Private Clubs, On Sites & Technical Classes are non-refundable.  $50.00 cancellation fee on all other applications classes.**
