Local Training Company Honored with Global Award
Dallas, TX -- New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Dallas was presented with the Five Star Center of Excellence Award by New Horizons Worldwide, Inc., during the company’s International Conference held recently in Nashville, TN. New Horizons delivers a full range of technology and business skills training from basic application and desktop productivity tools to complex and integrated business systems. The Dallas center is one of five New Horizons locations in Texas, and is owned by 5Point Enterprises, LLC.
Each year New Horizons Worldwide evaluates its more than 300 franchise centers world-wide to determine which locations meet the criteria to be named a Five Star Center of Excellence. Five Star centers have demonstrated the highest standards of achievement and met the peak expectations of quality of execution. Centers are judged on their performance in key areas: customer satisfaction, instructor performance quality scores, courseware, and learning environment. In addition, the center must be authorized as a Microsoft Gold Partner for Learning Solutions. This year, Dallas was among just five New Horizons centers to achieve the Five Star designation.
